This course shows the earner experience from receiving their first notification through sharing the badge. You'll be able to follow along with a badge so you know this process (and can document) and can address any earner questions.

This course addresses the data you can find in platform and ties that to actions you can take. Understanding what the earners are doing once they earn badges can inform your marketing and communications strategies. Plus, you'll see how you can share this information to show impact.

This badge is awarded once you complete all of the courses in the "ACE Issuer" path. It represents knowledge on ACE and Credly work together, the earner experience with endorsements and transcripts, and general concepts needed to maintain your program on Credly.
